Kenneth B. Grear, Esquire is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.  Mr. Grear was named a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” lawyer in 2006 and 2005.  Mr. Grear has significant experience trying cases to verdict before juries in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Minnesota.  Mr. Grear has also achieved successful results for clients through mediating and arbitrating cases, in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, West Virginia, Massachusetts, Vermont, Maryland and New York.  Prior to forming Kenneth B. Grear, LTD., Mr. Grear was an Associate with M. Mark Mendel, Ltd, where he represented catastrophically injured and disabled clients in various tort actions. Mr. Grear also handled Worker’s Compensation matters as well as Social Security Disability claims.  Mr. Grear joined White and Williams, LLP in 2004, where he practiced in the area of insurance subrogation recovery representing insurance companies and their catastrophically injured insureds as plaintiffs in property (commercial and residential) damage and personal injury matters.  In addition to law, Mr. Grear has a diverse background involving medical research and building construction.  Prior to and while an undergraduate, Mr. Grear worked in biomedical research at a prestigious medical school.  While attending law school full time Mr. Grear worked as a laborer for a local general contracting company.  These varied first hand experiences have provided Mr. Grear with valuable insight and experience in medicine and the construction industry in order to better assist the catastrophically injured.   Support Personnel: All support personnel including paralegals and law clerks possess advanced college degrees and are either in law school or about to enter law school.
